In March 2000, Kaki tree was planted in “B.Galuppi” di Burano, a public farm in the island Scarpa-volo Mazzorbo, which is located in Adrian Sea, 30min ship distance from Venice. The planting site was in the grape field in the farm. It was a big planting ceremony with 450 students from 9 elementary schools around Venice. It was realized with a few teaches from Venice who visited Japan pavilion in the biennale. Ms.Laura Biondi was one of them and took an initiative.
