The sapling of the bombed Kaki Tree was planted in “Barrak’s Lane Community Garden” in Oxford, UK.Many Local people and their children participated to the ceremony, for 2015 is the seventieth anniversary of the end of World War Ⅱ. There were also members of the COFEPOW(a charity to perpetuate the memories of the Far East prisoners of war)too.
There were Koto performance, reading of poems and a chorus group sang ‘An Irish Blessing’ on the first half of the ceremony. The later half was the Reiki Blessing(spiritual practice) lead by Ama from Oxford Reiki group. Everyone placed a pebble around the tree with they’re wishes for peace.
